1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PhotoPixel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Personal & Commercial Use
PhotoPixel is currently offered as a free, all-in-one suite. You are welcome to use our tools (Compressor, Resizer, Watermarker, etc.) for both personal projects and professional/commercial work.
3. Prohibited Use
While using our service, you agree NOT to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our infrastructure or API routines.
- Use the service for automating the processing of abusive, illegal, or malicious imagery.
- Intersperse our tools into automated bots or "scraping" scripts that overload our servers.
4. Processing & Liability
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". PhotoPixel specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for:
- Loss of image quality beyond specified parameters.
- Data loss or image corruption during transmission or processing.
- Availability or uptime of our tools.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Use of PhotoPixel is at your own risk.
